Data deletion:

The personal data you provide in the registration form will be processed and stored exclusively for the purposes of the event. After the event has ended or after the organizational follow-up period necessary for the event has expired, this personal data will be deleted immediately, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. This applies in particular to data relating to participation in and the running of the event.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties if:

  • this is necessary for the implementation of the event (e.g., catering/participant lists to event service providers),
  • you have expressly consented to this,
  • there is a legal obligation to do so, or
  • we are otherwise legally entitled or obliged to do so.

For service providers, we process the data exclusively on the basis of a data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
